Digital transformation and emerging technologies play a key role in modernizing Arab public institutions. This process requires accelerated adoption to ensure effective service delivery in line with the principles of responsiveness, inclusiveness, trustworthiness, and effectiveness (RITE). In this context, the webinar aims to launch and highlight the key messages of three main reports prepared under the ESCWA "ENACT" project:
- Role of emerging technologies and innovation in enhancing effectiveness and decision-making in Arab public institutions
- InnoCook: An innovation model to enhance the operations and services of Arab public institutions
- Leveraging emerging technology and innovation for enhancing public institutions
These reports are based on best practices for leveraging emerging technologies and innovation to advance Arab public institutions, some of which are published on the Arab Open and Innovative Government Portal.
Participants include public officials and experts in digital transformation and administrative development from the public and private sectors, and experts from international organizations, the United Nations, technology companies, and academia.
