In the framework of REGEND's series of capacity-building workshops for rural women in Chorbane, ESCWA is organizing a workshop on sustainable food manufacturing. The workshop is aimed at enhancing the knowledge of rural women in Chorbane on drying fruits and vegetables, solar drying, and food manufacturing and packaging. It also discusses how food manufacturing can be used to create jobs and generate income.
