This meeting launches the ESCWA initiative on the Yemen Vision for Recovery and Development, which builds on previous work at ESCWA on governance, institutional development, and facilitating national socioeconomic dialogues in countries in conflict.
The meeting enables dialogue towards producing a vision for recovery and sustainable development with a focus on socioeconomic issues, public institutional development, and other sectoral priorities and building institutional readiness for recovery through technical assistance and strengthened partnerships.
