As part of a series of training of trainers workshops on the inclusion of persons with disabilities in the workplace, this workshop aims to build the capacities of employers in the private and public sectors in the following areas:
- Understand the concepts of diversity and inclusion
- Manage the inclusion of persons with disability in the workplace
- Apply modifications and accommodations that can enhance the participation of persons with disability in the workplace
- Address stigma and prejudice surrounding disability among employers
The workshop brings together ten participants from various ministries and organizations of persons with disabilities from Algeria, Libya, Morocco and Tunisia.
