ESCWA is organizing a training workshop on building the capacity of the Women National Committee in Yemen, as part of the country’s efforts to advance the status of women, and its commitment to the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women and the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action.
The workshop aims to build the capacity of the Women National Committee and relevant ministries in Yemen to prepare periodic national reports on these international frameworks.
