The workshop aims at introducing participants to the human resource planning in unstable conditions and enabling methods that help assess individuals’ performance and develop their capacities and motivation to work. The meetings of the first day explored the concept of human resource management, the human resource planning, the individuals’ performance assessment and the identification of needs for capacity development. In addition, the meetings of the second day focused on the methods of human capacity development, career planning and the development of motivation by addressing frustration.
