During the 2023 High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development, ESCWA organized on 19 July a side event on “Pushing boundaries: Technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to accelerate the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the Arab region”.
The event shed light on the role of AI and the Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies in promoting the SDGs within the Arab region, and discussed ways to bring out the talent of Arab youth in this field.
Participants included pioneers from the Arab region who use technology and AI to achieve the SDGs.
