Amid the new challenges prevailing in the Arab region and to boost regional cooperation and help member States achieve socioeconomic development, ESCWA and the League of Arab States (LAS) are working on the Arab Vision 2045.
To help formulate it, ESCWA held on 28 and 29 July a dialogue session with senior journalists and writers from the region to avail of their ideas and suggestions. The meeting, held in Beirut, discussed the Vision project, its key pillars and methodology.
The project will include a series of dialogues with all stakeholders, including Government officials, civil society and the private sector.
