Overcoming development challenges in the Arab region requires reforming public administration systems. In this context, ESCWA organized a webinar on the reform and modernization of public administration systems.
The webinar, held on 17 July, aimed to discuss the work of ESCWA in this regard and its role in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. The workshop laid the groundwork for a long-term project dedicated to identifying solution-based pathways for public sector reform and modernization in the region.
It also explored ways to facilitate the establishment of a regional governance and public administration network or platform.
