ESCWA received a certificate of recognition for the Arab Digital Inclusion Platform (ADIP) Project, and was declared champion of the WSIS Prizes 2022 in the category related to access to information and knowledge.
The award, announced during the WSIS Prize Champion Ceremony at the WSIS Forum 2022 in Geneva, was granted for the outstanding contribution of ADIP in strengthening the implementation of the WSIS outcomes.
ADIP is a first of its kind platform launched in 2020, and provides information and tools to enhance e-accessibility in the Arab region.
