On 20 April, ESCWA, the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), MGCY, UNESCO and UNAIDS organized the Arab States’ regional breakout session at the 2022 ECOSOC Youth Forum.
The virtual session raised top priority issues for young people and highlighted their experiences as social entrepreneurs, community builders and policy shapers. It was also an opportunity for them to exchange views on the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) Youth Forum provides a global platform for dialogue, engaging young people from different countries and other key parties.
