To raise awareness on competitive neutrality principles and their importance in promoting economic growth, ESCWA, in cooperation with UNCTAD and OECD, held on 24 November a webinar to share experiences and best practices on competitive neutrality.
Competition authorities from around the world presented their experiences in competitive neutrality with particular focus on measures taken to ensure a fair level of competition between different types of companies in a way that supports the interests of both consumers and the economy.
The webinar is part of the Arab competition dialogues series that followed the second Arab Competition Forum. The topic was selected in response to the results of a survey circulated across Arab countries.
