This workshop builds the capacity of trade finance policymakers to design and implement favourable trade finance policies and tools, especially during the pandemic.
A number of studies by ESCWA were presented on export financing levels in Arab countries, the importance of export promotion, and its role in promoting regional and global development and integration.
The workshop is organized within the framework of the United Nations Development Account project, which is being implemented in collaboration with the Economic Commission for Europe, the Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific, and the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development.
