In the framework of a series of workshops on “using modern technology to plan and manage mass urban transport networks in Libyan cities”, the second workshop is being held to present the operational foundations of mass urban transport in Libya.
The workshop touches on the technological aspects and innovative solutions to improve the performance of mass urban transport, as well as on its institutional and financing aspects.
