Under the theme of “Entrepreneurship: A lever for integrating current and future generations into the dynamics of development in Morocco”, the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) - ESCWA Centre of Entrepreneurship is hosting a forum at the new Centre of Entrepreneurship in Casablanca.
The forum, the first to be held at the Centre, engages various stakeholders, including businesses, chambers of commerce, academic institutions and intergovernmental and governmental agencies, in supporting small businesses in Morocco, connecting local entrepreneurs to global markets, and enhancing regulatory conditions for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to thrive.
The forum aims to mobilize the public, private and non-governmental sectors in encouraging multi-stakeholder cooperation to ensure inclusive and sustainable growth for SMEs in Morocco. Diverse stakeholders from the entrepreneurial ecosystem are sharing regional and local practices, discussing scaling up the most successful regional and local initiatives, and reviewing the challenges and opportunities so as to provide SMEs with the tools to succeed.
