ESCWA and the United Nations entities in the United Arab Emirates are organizing a webinar on Assessing Climate Change in Western Asia. The meeting is held within the 28-For-28 Event Series tackling key topics of relevance to the Conference of the Parties (COP) process and the climate action in the lead-up to COP28.
This webinar enriches participants’ understanding of climate change assessments and the current situation severity, and enables them to access further information resources. The United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) and the UAE Climate Change Research Network (CCRN) are participating to the webinar.
