ESCWA, the Economic Commission for Africa and the Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific are organizing the Voluntary National Review Lab (VNR Lab) – “Against all odds: Meaningful VNRs in fragile and conflict-affected situations”, as part of the 2024 High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development (HLPF).
The VNR Lab enables candid reflection and peer learning on VNRs in fragile and conflict-affected situations across regions. It showcases homegrown VNR approaches, solutions and innovations that have worked in similar situations and helped produce meaningful and impactful VNRs.
The Lab includes speakers representing member States, the United Nations and other stakeholders. It is open to all in-person participants of the HLPF and is also accessible online.
