The paper makes use of the Arab Multidimensional Poverty Index Methodology and data from Iraq Multiple Indicators Cluster Survey 2011.It is one of several country profiles prepared by ESCWA as background papers for the Arab Multidimensional Poverty Report making use of the new Multidimensional Poverty Index proposed for the Arab Region
