The Arab Sustainable Development Report 2024 (ASDR 2024) is a quadrennial flagship publication produced by ESCWA in collaboration with United Nations entities working in the Arab region. The report analyses main policy directions to achieve the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the 22 Arab countries, sets out opportunities to achieve SDG progress, and identifies gaps where more, or different, efforts are needed.
This event is aimed at launching the ASDR 2024 on the margins of the 2024 High-Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development (HLPF).
Organized in partnership with Oman, the event engages Arab country missions and delegations to the HLPF, United Nations partners, and other stakeholders to delve into some of the report’s key findings.
