ESCWA is holding a virtual ceremony on the occasion of the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People, in accordance with General Assembly resolution 32/40 B of 2 December 1977. This occasion is aimed at showing solidarity with the Palestinian people and at raising awareness on issues pertaining to the State of Palestine and on the plight of the Palestinian people and their inalienable rights.
