High Level Expert Consultative Meeting to Develop the Near East Action Plan to Implement the Global Strategy to Improve Agricultural and Rural Development Statistics in the Near East and North Africa Region

The Regional Office for the Near East of Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO/RNE), and the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (UN-ESCWA) is organizing a regional HLCM on the Global Strategy to Improve Agricultural and Rural Development Statistics to be held in Cairo from 17 to 19 September 2012. The HLCM will discuss the way forward on the implementation of the Global Strategy to improve agricultural and rural development statistics in the countries of the Near East Region.
