In additional to statistics for individual countries, the OECD monthly Main Economic Indicators also presents aggregates for the following four main groups of countries: Euro area (EMU); European Union (EU27);OECD-Total; Major seven countries. (There used to be a fifth one OECD Europe.) Area totals are obtained either by simple aggregation or as weighted averages of the component country data.
