Quantities of fuel and electricity used in the support and operation of pipelines transporting gases, liquids, slurries and other commodities between points within the national territory. It comprises the consumption at pumping stations and for the maintenance of the pipeline. Consumption for maintaining the flow in gathering and distribution pipelines is excluded.
