Catchability coefficient; capturability coefficient
Definition:
Fraction of the biomass that is caught by unit of fishing effort.; The relationship between the catch rate (CpUE) and the true population size (B). Thus, the unit of catchability is fish caught per fish available per effort unit and per time unit.
