As a follow up to the Paris Declaration and the UN reform agenda, strategic and focused prioritization of partners' interventions in UN member countries has become a prerequisite to improve coordination and increase effectiveness of development assistance. In line with the main objectives and the building blocks of the FAO corporate strategy, TCSP (Policy Assistance Support Service of the Technical Cooperation) began developing the on-line Agricultural Development Assistance Mapping tool (ADAM) to support country-level FAO work in exploring potential synergies and joint programmes with other development partners and identifying resource mobilization opportunities.
