Tallawy Meets with Aboul Gheit

UNESCWA Executive Secretary Mervat Tallawy met in Khartoum today with Egyptian Minister of Foreign Affairs Ahmed Aboul Gheit. Discussions focused on the regional situation, what UNESCWA is providing for Palestine and Iraq, and Arab regional integration. Tallawy is in the Sudanese capital to attend the Arab Summit on 28 and 29 March 2006 as part of the United Nations delegation.
