ESCWA conducted a round of discussions on 15 and 16 March to formulate an integrated national financing framework for Jordan, in cooperation with the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation.
ESCWA presented the interactive tools it had developed to support Arab countries in that process. Participants included officials from the Central Bank in Jordan, the Ministry of Finance and that of Planning and International Cooperation.
Formulating an integrated national financing framework is key to localizing necessary axes and financial resources, which can be mobilized from various local and international sources.
