On 26 January, ESCWA and Qatar University signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to strengthen collaboration in supporting the Arab region.
Based on the MoU, the two parties agreed to cooperate in enhancing the activities of the "Academic Network for Development Dialogue (ANDD) to ensure its long-term sustainability and growth.
The collaboration will also focus on supporting mainstreaming of the 2030 Agenda principles and goals across academic curricula by engaging university graduates, academics, research organizations, the public sector, and think tanks to foster positive change.
