Definition:

Inland waterway transport through a country between two places (a place of loading/embarkation and a place of unloading/disembarkation) both located in another country or in other countries provided that the whole journey within the country is by inland waterways and that there is no loading/embarkation and unloading/disembarkation in the transit country.
