There is no actual final consumption of non-profit institutions serving households (NPISHs) because, in practice, most of their services are individual in nature and so, for simplicity, all services provided by NPISHs are treated by convention as individual in nature and so, for simplicity, all services provided by NPISHs are treated by convention as individual (as social transfers in kind).
