As part of the SDMX training series, ESCWA and the United Nations Statistical Division (UNSD) organized the sixth workshop on the use of the Statistical Data and Metadata Exchange (SDMX) in Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) data reporting in Amman, Jordan.
The workshop from 5 to 8 June aimed to strengthen the capacity of national statistical offices in the region to disseminate data. It also highlighted the latest developments in data exchange, and promoted the implementation of the SDMX at the national level.
Statisticians and IT specialists shared their experiences in implementing the SDMX tools in their respective countries.
