To improve the formulation of digital policies and action plans and accelerate the implementation of the SDGs, ESCWA held on 18 November a virtual regional meeting on “National Digital Development Reviews (NDDRs)– Review of the Methodology and Guiding Template”.
Representatives of Arab countries that participated in the 2019 round of NDDRs reviewed the most important proposals and recommendations stemming from a series of research meetings on the subject and discussed how best to capitalize on their results.
The regional meeting will help in finalizing the updated NDDRs methodology and guiding template, which will be presented and adopted in a forthcoming regional meeting.
