ESCWA, in partnership with the Ministry of Communication and Technology (MoCT), organized a national capacity-building workshop on “Digital Accessibility Policies and Guidelines” in Syria.
The workshop, held on 19 May, highlighted main concepts of digital accessibility policies, and introduced templates developed by ESCWA for the ADIP project as well as other interactive tools. Examples of best regional and international practices in digital accessibility policies were also presented.
The workshop further discussed MoCT and other agencies’ initiatives to implement digital accessibility.
