To promote women’s rights and protect women and girls from violence in Morocco, the Ministry of Solidarity, Social Development, Equality and Family, with the support of ESCWA, organized a training workshop on “Costing the Implementation of the National Strategy on Combatting Violence Against Women and Girls by 2030".
The workshop gathered officials representing ministries and governmental bodies concerned with the implementation of the National Strategy to Combat Violence against Women and Girls.
It focused on developing a financial plan that will accompany the implementation of the national strategy by 2030 in Morocco and facilitating the involvement of all actors at the national and local levels.
