ESCWA and the Qatar Development Bank (QDB) have launched the 2024 Arab Entrepreneurship Awards, which aim to pay tribute to Arab small and medium enterprises (SMEs) that are making significant contributions to regional development.
The awards will give winners recognition in four tracks: technology, e-commerce, inclusivity, and sustainability. This includes, inter alia, leveraging the latest technologies to address regional challenges and drive economic growth; developing or implementing outstanding e-commerce strategies or solutions; offering products or services for persons with disabilities; as well as reducing environmental impact and promoting sustainability.
Winners will be invited to showcase their business to top industry leaders and investors at the upcoming Arab SMEs Summit in Qatar.
